Pursuing an educational degree is undeniably fulfilling, but delving into the intricacies of research papers can be quite challenging. Personally, as a student, I frequently explore various services for support, and one resource that consistently proves invaluable is a specific platform. This resource ghostwriter-hausarbeit.com serves as a guiding light in navigating the complexities of academic research and writing. Incorporating it into my academic routine has not only refined my papers but has also deepened my understanding of the nuances involved. I highly recommend integrating this resource to enhance your educational journey.

Exiting on to Main Street from McLeod is not permitted. This change is necessary to accommodate the narrow lane width on McLeod and enhance motorist and pedestrian safety on McLeod Street.

  • Please Safely Dispose of Sharps

December 9, 2022: Recently, a large number of sharps (used needles), were found at Pine Grove Park, Milton. Region of Queens Municipality reminds park users to remain on the trails when using the park, and to be aware of your surroundings. The Municipality has properly disposed of the sharps, and would like to take this opportunity to remind the public of safe ways to dispose of used sharps, and that disposing of them in other ways puts other people, pets, and wildlife at risk of injury. Used sharps (syringes, needles, and lancets) can be harmful if they are not handled and disposed of properly. Through the Safe Sharps program, Nova Scotians can access a proper container for disposing of sharp needles in a safe manner, at no cost. Once the container is full, it can be returned to the local pharmacy. DO NOT put needles, syringes, or lancets into plastic bottles or jugs, DO NOT put needles, syringes, or lancets in Garbage or recycling bags, DO NOT flush needles, syringes, or lancets down the toilet, DO NOT burn them. The Safe Sharps Program is free of charge, funded by Nova Scotia’s pharmacies, sharps manufactures and medical distributors. • Flags at Half Mast: National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women

On December 6, 2022, flags at Queens Place Emera Centre and Region of Queens Municipality’s Administration building will be flown at half mast in observance of National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.

It’s been 33 years since the mass shooting in which 14 young women were killed and 13 other people were injured at École Polytechnique in Montreal. An armed man separated the women from the men in a classroom and murdered them because they were women.

In 1991, the Parliament of Canada declared December 6 to be a National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. On December 6, people across Canada remember the young women who died that day. Their names were Geneviève Bergeron, Hélène Colga, Nathalie Croteau, Barbara Daigneault, Anne-Marie Edward, Maud Haviernick, Maryse Laganière, Maryse Leclair, Anne-Marie Lemay, Sonia Pelletier, Michèle Richard, Annie St-Arneault, Annie Turcotte, and Barbara Klucznik-Widajewicz.

In Canada and around the world, women, girls and 2SLGBTQI+ individuals face unacceptable violence and discrimination. Police services, shelters, and community organizations across Canada report that there has been a marked increase in calls related to gender-based violence throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. If you or someone you care about is affected by gender-based violence, there are some helpful information in this link: https://women-gender-equality.canada.ca/en/gender-based-violence-knowledge-centre/additional-support-services.html

On National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence against Women take a moment to remember those who have experienced gender-based violence and those lost as a result of it. We can help prevent and address gender-based violence by remembering and learning from our past, listening to survivors, and speaking up against harmful behaviour and the misogyny that still exists today.
