The Region of Queens Municipal Clerk provides administrative support to Region of Queens Council and committees. Some of the duties of the Municipal Clerk include:

- Returning Officer for municipal elections (Next Regular Election is October 2028);
- Research, drafting, and facilitating the development of policies, bylaws, and formal procedures;
- Custodian of municipal Council records
- Designated Officer under Policy 85 – Complaint Handling
- Facilitate preparation and distribution of Council Agendas
- Coordinate Committees of Council
