** Update: Water Utility Disruption now Repaired

** UPDATE: Dec. 30, 2022, 7:45 p.m.: The water disruption that occurred earlier today, December 30th, in Brooklyn and parts of Liverpool has been repaired.

Utility customers may continue to experience discoloured water for a period of time- running your cold water tap for a few minutes typically resolves this. If your water is still not clear, wait and trying running your tap again a few hours later. Customers may also have lower than normal pressure- cleaning your faucet aerators can typically resolve this.

Should you still be having issues after exhausting the above, it is recommended to contact a licensed plumber.
