Public Hearing: Development Agreement Multiple Unit Dwelling

TAKE NOTICE THAT Council of Region of Queens Municipality, on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., in Council Chambers of the Municipal Administration building, 249 White Point Road in Liverpool, NS., will hold a Public Hearing on Council’s intention to enter into a development agreement. The development agreement would allow for a seven (7) unit multiple unit dwelling in the existing building on property identified as PID# 70055058 and located at 6755 Highway 3 in Hunts Point .

Any interested persons who wish to speak on this matter are invited to attend and make their opinions known to Council. Written submissions will be presented at the Hearing, and must be delivered to the Municipal Office at least two (2) business days prior to the time of the Hearing.

A copy of the proposed Policy, development agreement and accompanying report are available at the Office of the Planning and Development Department in the Municipal Administration Building, 249 White Point Road, Liverpool, Nova Scotia, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
