Region of Queens Municipality’s Council Approves Hiring of New CAO

June 23, 2015, Liverpool, NS: With a unanimous vote by the Council of the Region of Queens Municipality’s Council, the Region selected a new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Richard MacLellan will start work in mid-July, bringing with him 15 years of management experience in both the government and commercial energy/marine sectors. His career has spanned nine years at the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), most recently as Manager, Energy and Environment.
