COMING SOON! New One Way Street in Liverpool

Starting Monday, July 13, 2026, the section of College Street between Waterloo Street and Barss Street will become a one-way street. The goal of this change to the traffic pattern is increased pedestrian safety.

Vehicle access will be from Waterloo Street or by making a right turn from Barss Street onto College Street. The section of College Street between Pleasant Avenue and Shore Road will remain two-way for vehicle traffic. Pedestrian and active transportation access will continue to be available in both directions along the entire street.
