Public Hearing: Rezoning of Properties on Highway 8 in Milton

TAKE NOTICE THAT Council of Region of Queens Municipality, on Tuesday October 11, 2022, immediately following another hearing scheduled for 9:00 a.m., in Council Chambers of the Municipal Administration building, 249 White Point Road in Liverpool NS., will hold a Public Hearing on Council’s intention to amend it Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw.  The amendments would see the rezoning of PID#’s 70077698, 70077722 and 70077680 to Multiple Unit Residential (RM).

Any interested persons who wish to speak on this matter are invited to attend and make their opinions known to Council.  Written submissions will be presented at the Hearing, and must be delivered to the Municipal Office at least two (2) days prior to the time of the Hearing.

Copies of the proposed Bylaws and accompanying report are available at the Office of the Planning and Development Department in the Municipal Administration Building, 249 White Point Road, Liverpool, Nova Scotia, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
