Public Hearing: Development Agreement – Automobile Repair Shop

TAKE NOTICE THAT Council of Region of Queens Municipality, on Tuesday October 11, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., in Council Chambers of the Municipal Administration building, 249 White Point Road in Liverpool NS., will hold a Public Hearing on Council’s intention to enter into a development agreement.  The development agreement would allow for the establishment of an automobile repair shop on properties located at 16 Edward Street in Milton.

Any interested persons who wish to speak on this matter are invited to attend and make their opinions known to Council.  Written submissions will be presented at the Hearing, and must be delivered to the Municipal Office at least two (2) days prior to the time of the Hearing.

A copy of the proposed Policy, development agreement and accompanying report are available at the Office of the Planning and Development Department in the Municipal Administration Building, 249 White Point Road, Liverpool, Nova Scotia, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
