Notice of Public Hearing: Rezoning of a Property in East Port L’Hebert
REGION OF QUEENS MUNICIPALITY
PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDMENT TO REGION OF QUEENS
MUNICIPALITY LAND USE BYLAW
TAKE NOTICE THAT Council of Region of Queens Municipality, on Tuesday October 12, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Administration Building, 249 White Point Road, Liverpool, Nova Scotia will hold a Public Hearing on Council’s intention to adopt a bylaw respecting an amend to the Region of Queens Land Use Bylaw. The amendment would see:
• Rezoning of PID# 70275185 and located at 1428 East Port L’Hebert Road in East Port L’Hebert from Fishing and Marine (M3) to Mixed Use Coastal Residential (R6).

Any interested persons who wish to speak on this matter are invited to attend and make their opinions known to Council. Written submissions will be presented at the Hearing, and must be delivered to the Regional Office at least two (2) days prior to the time of the Hearing.
A copy of the proposed bylaw and accompanying report are available at the Office of the Planning Department in the Municipal Administration Building, 249 White Point Road, Liverpool, Nova Scotia, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
*In the event that COVID – 19 restrictions change and Council is unable to physically meet, arrangements will be made to hold the hearing virtually and the public will be notified accordingly.
