Friday, May 23, 2025 Curbside collection scheduled today, Friday, May 23rd, 2025 may be delayed for some residents in Brooklyn and Beach Meadows, Queens County. Recently, discarded sharps (used needles) have been found in shrub gardens on Market Street when staff were spring cleaning in Liverpool. They also discovered drug paraphernalia on Henry Hensey Drive. Region of Queens Municipality reminds park users to remain on the trails when using parks, and to be aware of your surroundings and those of children and pets. Keep safety in mind.
