New: Section of College Street, Liverpool to Become One-Way

Starting Wednesday, July 15, 2026, the section of College Street between Waterloo Street and Barss Street will become a one-way street.

Vehicle access will be from Waterloo Street or by making a right turn from Barss Street onto College Street. The section of College Street between Pleasant Avenue and Shore Road will remain two-way for vehicle traffic. Pedestrian and active transportation access will continue to be available in both directions along the entire street.
