Volunteer Opportunity – Community Monitoring Committee

We are seeking volunteers to join the Queens Solid Waste Management Facility Community Monitoring Committee. This committee plays an important role in connecting the community with facility operations by:

• Bringing forward community questions, concerns, and feedback
• Reviewing environmental monitoring and annual operations reports
• Providing input on facility operations, programs, and future planning
• Discussing waste trends, education efforts, and potential impacts
