Wind Warning Issued

Friday, Nov. 1, 2019;Queens County, NS:  A Wind Warning has been issued by Environment Canada for Queens County today.  Strong Southerly winds gusting to 90 km/hour are expected to persist through the afternoon.  Winds of this strength may result in damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions due to high winds. Wind warnings are issued when there is a significant risk of damaging winds.
