Body Mapping Art Workshop

Join us for some relaxed art-making around the theme of making a “map” of one’s body. Maps provide us with the visual outline of places – their textures, their important historical landmarks; how to navigate through their specific intersections – what would you include on a map of your body / mind?
Faciltated by artist Annanda De Silva, materials provided for collage, drawing, painting and printmaking with stamps, we will spend a couple hours together making our images, with snacks and conversation about the process. No experience needed.
Annanda is a Queer, mixed-race survivor and artist working in mixed
media, and who loves to create and take part in community artmaking experiences.
