Have all the Queens County information you need literally a tap away, from details about waste collection and service changes, the latest news from Council, community events, and so much more!
The RQM App is free to download, but remember that it uses data, both when you download the app to install on your phone AND while using the app on your device. This app can be used over wifi or via LTE data through your cellular carrier. Please monitor your data usage carefully, as you should with all apps.

USER CHECKLIST
If you wish to receive important information notifications from Region of Queens Municipality, then please make sure your device is set to permit notifications from the RQM App. If you do not wish to receive push notifications, this option can be disabled.
You may be asked to by the app to grant permission to access certain functions on your device. In order to maximize your use of the RQM App, you will be required to grant your permission.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you experience a blank or black screen when pushing a button in the app, it’s likely because your device has not been set to allow the app to connect to your preferred browser. Many actions in the RQM App rely on the app communicating with your browser. Check your settings to ensure the app has permission to access your default browser.
REGARDING YOUR PRIVACY
Region of Queens Municipality understands the importance of your privacy. The RQM App is designed as a communications tool to allow you, as a Queens County resident, business owner, or visitor to our area, to access information about Queens County and to receive important updates from Region of Queens.
Through the app, you will have one-button access to information about a variety of services, and you can also expect to receive push notifications from Region of Queens through the app with important information about infrastructure work, traffic disruptions, events, and matters of public interest. In order to enable that process, the RQM App will ask your permission to use the app to identify your location when in use. This information will not be used by Region of Queens for anything other than its intended purpose — which is to enable geo-based push notifications. By downloading and accessing this app, you are indicating your consent to receive information from the Region of Queens Municipality and you acknowledge that you are aware that standard data rates per your carrier will apply. Information from Region of Queens may display in app or via your default web browser.
Region of Queens Municipality will track standard information (such as how many times the app has been downloaded and which pages/links are used most often) to assess the effectiveness of the app and allow us to make improvements in the content and features. Your feedback is important!
