Community Engagement Sessions
Region of Queens Municipality is considering collecting road maintenance fees on behalf of registered private road lot owners’ associations and adding those fees to Municipal tax bills. The Municipality has been approached by lot owners’ associations who have requested this be considered. The fees collected from property owners on private roads would be paid to the associations by the Municipality.
Those who own property on private roads in Queens County are invited to take part in one of five community consultations, as these decisions directly impact you.
