REGION OF QUEENS MUNICIPALITY

NOTICE OF PASSING

IN THE MATTER OF the MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ACT being Chapter 18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1998.

TAKE NOTICE THAT on August 8, 2023, Council of Region of Queens Municipality adopted a Bylaw respecting amendments to Region of Queens Land Use By-law.  The amendments saw:

• Amending the Zoning Map to change the zoning of PID#’s 70027982, 70040423, 70017983 and 70028477 to Multiple Unit Residential (RM).

An aggrieved person may appeal the decision of Council, within fourteen (14) days of the publication of this notice, to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.
