Receiving Municipal Bills and Making Payments During Postal Strike

We have received a few questions from residents, wondering how to receive their upcoming water utility bills and other bills during the postal strike, and also how to make payments by ways other than by mailing a cheque.

*** Water utility bills will be available on October 2nd, and payment is due on or before October 31st. ***

Questions regarding payments can be directed to our staff in the Department of Finance by phone: 902-354-3453, or email: koickle@regionofqueens.com .

To receive your bills & statements you can:
• sign up for E-Billing (receive quarterly water utility bills and annual tax bills by email AND by mail),
• pick up in person at the Municipal Administration Building, starting the week of October 6, or
• request it be emailed to you.

To pay bills:
• In person with cash, debit or cheque at the Municipal Administration Building 249 White Point Road, Liverpool,
• At most financial institutions in Canada,
• Online banking – https://www.regionofqueens.com/municipal-services/finance/payments/ ,
• With a credit card via Paymentus (subject to service fee of 2.5%), or
