NOTICE OF PASSING – BYLAW No. 28

IN THE MATTER OF the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter 18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1998.

TAKE NOTICE THAT on January 13, 2026, Council of the Region of Queens Municipality adopted Bylaw No. 28 – Designation of Road Trails on Municipal Roadways, a bylaw respecting the designation of approved OHV and ATV road trails within the Municipality.

A copy of the Bylaw may be inspected at the Municipal Administration Building, 249 White Point Road, Liverpool, during regular office hours, or viewed on the Municipality’s website at www.regionofqueens.com.
