The Need a Family Practice Registry of the Department of Health assists those looking for a health care provider (family physician or nurse practitioner).  You can register online (click this link) for yourself and family members.  If you are unable to register online, call 811 between Monday and Friday, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.).  Due to high demand province wide, the referral service may not be able to respond immediately to patient requests.
