Programs to help you!
Region of Queens Municipality provides several programs to support low-income residents.
The Tax Exemption Program provides support in the form of a residential property tax exemption up to $550 in value in the 2026/2027 tax year for qualified applicants.
The Water Utility Assistance Rebate Program provides support for Queens Water Utility customers in the form of a rebate of up to $200 for water utility charges in the 2026/2027 tax year.
Applications for both the Tax Exemption Program and the Water Utility Assistance Rebate Program are accepted from April 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, for the 2026/2027 tax year, subject to budget approval.
To apply to either program, click here to download the application and return it to the Municipal Administration Building, located at 249 White Point Road in Liverpool.
