The Recreation Department offers assistance to Queens County non-profit groups by making various pieces of recreational equipment available for loan for events through the equipment loan program.

12 ft. Large Outdoor Banner (3 lines /18 char per line) $150.00 deposit
12 ft. Small Outdoor Banner (2 lines/ 18 char per line) $75.00 deposit
20 x 20 ft. Canopy $150.00 deposit
12 x 16 ft. Stage $150.00 deposit
Volleyball nets, poles and balls $50.00 deposit
Parachute $25.00 deposit
Croquet Set $25.00 deposit

Items are booked on a first come first served basis. The non-profit group that has booked the equipment is responsible for its pick up, set up, and return to the Municipal Building (249 White Point Road, Liverpool). It is also the responsibility of the group to apply for any permits or insurance required based on the intended usage of the equipment.

The Recreation Department also has recreational items to lend to community groups and/or individuals from Queens County.
