Region of Queens Municipality offers loans of active living and event equipment to our residents and non-profit groups that serve our community through the equipment loan program.

Items are booked on a first come first served basis. The group that has booked the equipment is responsible for its pick up, set up, and return to the Region of Queens Municipal Building (249 White Point Road, Liverpool). It is also the responsibility of the borrowing group to apply for any permits or insurance required based on the intended usage of the equipment.

These items are booked on a first come first served basis. The borrower is responsible for pick up and return of the equipment from the original borrowing location.

Beach Walker
Our lightweight, and easy to use walker glides easily over the difficult sandy terrain of the beach while offering you stable support during your walk. It is collapsible and will fit in the trunk or back seat of most vehicles.
Our Beach Walker can be picked up from reception at The Region of Queens Municipality Administration Building.
Hiking Poles
Hiking poles are used by both seasoned and novice explorers for terrains of all types. Whether you’re crossing a rocky stream, a well-groomed trail, beach, or sidewalk, these poles provide the necessary support and stability for safe travel. These poles are available with our snowshoes or on their own from reception at Queens Place Emera Center or The Region of Queens Municipality Administration Building.

Snowshoeing is a fun, winter sport that allows you get active while exploring the great outdoors. When it comes to finding the perfect sized snowshoes for you, your weight is the primary determining factor.

This bike is safe and comfortable. It allows children and adults to experience the joy of the outdoors and the pleasure of riding with family and friends. Our adaptive bike is available for booking or pickup from reception at Queens Place Emera Center

Did I mention we have promotional signs? These signs are available to non-profit groups. Please have your requested lettering and deposit ready when you visit or call the The Region of Queens Municipality Administration Building (902-354-3453) to make a booking.
