About the Role: As the Manager of Finance, you will oversee the revenue operations of the Municipality, support budget development, and develop fiscal strategies for the Municipality. You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance to enhance the Municipality’s financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop finance staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Lead the day-to-day revenue-focused activities.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Support the development of the Municipality’s budget.
  • Develop and monitor financial processes to drive efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • 5+ years of financial management experience, ideally within a municipal or public sector setting.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
