Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk operations at the Administrative Office main entrance.
- Payment processing.
- First point of contact for residents, managing inquiries and directing to appropriate resources.
- Interacting and providing service to residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in business, accounting, or equivalent.
- Office and administration office software.
- Advanced mail merge experience considered an asset.
- Experience with financial software, experience with SAP is considered an asset.
- Three years of related experience.
