Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all front desk operations at the Administrative Office main entrance.
  • Payment processing.
  • First point of contact for residents, managing inquiries and directing to appropriate resources.
  • Interacting and providing service to residents in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in business, accounting, or equivalent.
  • Office and administration office software.
  • Advanced mail merge experience considered an asset.
  • Experience with financial software, experience with SAP is considered an asset.
  • Three years of related experience.

This is a temporary full time position to staff a maternity leave.
