Your Role:
- Serve as the official record keeper for Council and committee meetings, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Act as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer
- Provide expert guidance on municipal policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Facilitate effective communication between Council, staff, and the public on governance and access to information.
- Uphold the values of integrity, accountability, efficiency, and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of municipal government operations and legislation.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar administrative or leadership role is preferred.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
