Anyone wishing to carry out ‘vending’ in a public place anywhere on municipally owned property in Queens, is required to apply for a vending permit. For full details of the rules around vending in Queens, please refer to our vending bylaw.

The municipality provides public market stalls, and an open vending area with power source for mobile canteens, on the Liverpool waterfront as shown below, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
