Active Transportation Planning Pop-Up Engagement – Privateers’ Farmers Market

July 5 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free

Cycling Nova Scotia is partnering with Region of Queens Municipality to improve walking, rolling, and cycling connections!

Through a grassroots community led approach the at project focuses on identifying key walking, rolling, and cycling connections by engaging with municipal staff, local groups, and residents. Cycling Nova Scotia works closely with each community to co-develop a concept network plan that helps leverage future funding for detailed designs and construction. We want to hear from residents about what’s working, what’s missing, and where improvements are most needed – whether it’s safer crossings, better sidewalks, protected bike routes, or more accessible connections between key destinations.

Can’t make it to an engagement event?
You can still get involved by visiting our project page to view and comment on the draft network map, follow project updates, and complete this online survey (Region of Queens Core AT Network Project) for a chance to win one of two $50 gift cards to a local business.
