2009-2010 Collection Schedule

Waste, Bluebags and Green carts are collected every second week. Place material at curbside by 8:00 am on your collection day.

Holiday Collection

Collection occurs on all holidays except Christmas & New Year's Day. If your collection falls on Christmas Day, your collection will be on Boxing Day (December 26th). If your collection falls on New Years Day, your collection will be the next day (January 2nd)

Grey Boxes(Private Road Collection)

The Region of Queens has placed Grey Boxes throughout the municipality for the collection of recyclables/waste from the private roads in the immediate area.

These boxes function the same as regular curbside collection. Residents can place their properly sorted recyclables and waste in these boxes for collection. A green cart is located adjacent to the grey box for your organics.

Please note that these boxes are for "PROPERLY SORTED BAGGED WASTE ONLY".  All other waste material should be delivered to the Region of Queens Landfill Site on Highway 8.
